One more friendly game has been arranged for Atromitos FC pre-season, but this time won't take place abroad. The meeting with Greek champion, Panathinaikos, has been set for 12th August at Peristeri and the game will be part of the three friendly matches that Giorgos Donis wished to be arranged for the club after the second part of pre-season trainings in Germany.

The official website of Atromitos FC turns four years backwards the clock and gives the chance to the supporters of the club to remember the most glorious moment of football history for Atromitos, which are the two games against Sevilla FC for UEFA Cup.

Atromitos FC has found the first three opponents for the pre-season friendlies. The players of Giorgos Donis will face Larisa at Karpenisi on 19th July. Augsburg will be the first opponent in Germany eight days later, a strong 2. Bundesliga opponent which missed the promotion at play-offs against Nurnberg. The third match and second in Germany will take place at 30 July, against 1. Bundesliga outfit Freiburg.

The second phase of season card sales starts on 14th Juny. Atromitos FC decided to extend the “special offer” period because of the financial situation in our country and the supporters who wish to become season holders will benefit of the low prices until the end of June. Atromitos FC announce the addition of Massaba Lo Sambou at its squad. The international Senegalese with the EU citizenship reached Athens today, was guided at the facilities of Peristeri and afterwards signed his three years contract.

Vasilis Karagounis spread his wings and flew to Italy. Today the youngster signed his contract with Udineze Calcio and put an end at his transfer to the Italian team. The 16 year old defender put pen-on-paper at his 5-year contract and he will move to Italy in the next few days.
